Adding weight of baby to increase intensity of walk - we will also be adding in some body weight exercises to increase our strength. Meet at 10am to start at 10.15am.

We meet by Frenchwood Recreation Ground. (Street name - Esplanade).
It is free parking.
Meet at 10am, ready to set off at 10.15am (earlier if everyone has arrived).
